About Us
A local friendly club offering excellent Snooker and Pool facilities, a function room and a private members area for socialising. We are ‘twinned’ with the Stumble Inn on the ground floor offering a selection of excellent beers, wines and spirits.
The club hosts regular events for members including a monthly quiz and draw, snooker tournaments and Summer barbecues.

Snooker and Pool
- Snooker and Pool Facilities
The club is well know for its excellent Snooker and Pool facilities. All tables are kept in top condition.
We have two full size snooker tables kept in excellent condition. The tables are re-covered and serviced to a very high standard. They are also brushed, blocked and ironed on a very regular basis.
The snooker room also houses a well-maintained pool table, which is given the same care and attention as the snooker tables. It has been said that it is not only the best pool table in Bradford on Avon but the best in Wiltshire!
Most members use their own personal cue, although there is a carousel, at the far end of the room, with a good number decent cues, for anyone to use.
We run two members tournaments each year. The singles competition starts in September, the winner has his name engraved on The John O’Neill Trophy. The doubles competition starts after the completion of the singles and runs over the winter months. Both are hotly contested and enjoyed by all.
Guests are welcome to use the tables, if accompanied by the member who signed them in.

The final of the snooker singles competition took place on Friday 28th January, between Andy Kerr and Robin Clark. We were treated to a veritable feast of snooker by Andy Kerr with a top break of 62, and despite Robin’s valiant efforts, Andy ran out a clear winner with 3 frames to Nil. The John …

- An Evening With Barry Stark
Bradford on Avon Club is pleased to announce An Evening With Barry Stark, to be held on Saturday 14 May 2022 in the club Snooker Room, commencing at 7:00pm. The event is limited to 50 people with tickets available for £15 for club members / £25 non-members.
This will be a rare opportunity to meet and possibly even be coached by a World Snooker Coach who is currently personal mentor to Kyren Wilson and has also helped other professional players including Ronnie O’Sullivan on his road to success. You can find out a little more about Barry HERE

Function Room
The Bradford on Avon Club has a large, comfortable function room on the first floor which is available for hire to local groups and organisations for meetings, events or gatherings.

The club’s function room has recently been redecorated to a very high standard. It is a bright carpeted room (circa 9m by 4.5m) capable of seating up to 50 people maximum, but still comfortable for smaller groups of 5 to 10.
